All Systems Operational - Earlier Issues Resolved
Between the evening of October 19 and the afternoon of October 20 (PDT), a major outage at AWS, caused disruptions that affected temporary issues with our support systems (chat and email), and order handling via Kustom.
The root cause was identified as DNS resolution issues within AWS's DynamoDB service, which led to broader service impairments across multiple AWS services. These issues were resolved by AWS, and all related systems have now returned to normal.
